Alavess City is the home of the 7th Gym and the biggest city you will come across on your journey.

Alavess City is giant party city. All throughout the night, casinos and arcades are open to the lucky and the brave as millions of pokedollars are earned through suckers losing at the casinos. The city lights are actually run by the Electric-type Pokemon that roam around. The city has developed a non-controversial breeding system outside the limits, where the air is cleaner. There, little kids can get their own Electric-type Pokemon from the breeders.
